LAUREN
Founding Coach
With more than a decade of coaching experience, Lauren brings a disciplined, intelligent approach to performance. Her work is grounded in form, heavy intentional lifting, and precise progression. Alongside coaching, Lauren works full time in corporate communications and government advisory, supporting leaders who operate in high pressure, high consequence environments. That dual world defines her methodology: performance not as motivation, but as a system that must hold under load, stress, and expectation.
MO SALEH
Coach
Mosaleh holds a Master’s degree in Sport Management and is a professional football player with a strong background in elite coaching and high level athletic preparation. His experience spans competitive sport, pre season conditioning, and performance based training environments that demand discipline, adaptability, and resilience. As a hybrid athlete, Mosaleh coaches cycling, bootcamp, obstacle, and parkour based training with a focus on raw strength, elite endurance, and real world athletic performance.

ELNAZ
